Our Mission And Promise To You

Our mission is to provide a consistently high quality product linked to exceptional customer service and prompt delivery. The success of Northwest Printing is directly linked to the successes of our clients, our staff and our families. We will strive to provide a fair business environment which will be profitable for our customers and the families we support. Most of all our goal is to create time and money for what is most important in life - the ability to spend time with and support our families.

Guiding Principles

Northwest Printing was originally started in 1975 by Pat and Bill Ganger, Sr. Northwest Instant Printing as it was named then had a humble beginning starting off in the back room of a local office supply store with one printing press, a prayer and many dreams. The goal then, as it remains today, was to provide the local community with a quality printed product for a fair price that would provide a comfortable living for their family as well as time to see their kids grow up in a well rounded family based environment.

Northwest Printing’s reputation as a friendly and helpful business to business printing company quickly began to spread throughout Northwest Columbus. Steady growth has blessed Northwest Printing since the beginning allowing us to provide for many families over the years. In the early eighties Bill Ganger, Jr. began working in the company mainly within the prepress department then running a printing press for more than five years taking time off for college in 1987. In 1991 Bill Jr. rejoined the team as full time General Manager and eventually transitioned to President in 2000. Rapid growth in the mid 90’s brought us to understand the need to grow our business to business work environment so we made the move from a strip mall based copy shop into a 4000 square foot production facility on Roberts Road in Northwest Columbus. We have not only expanded our floor space, our capabilities have expanded as well classifying us as a small commercial printing company.

Northwest Printing has never forgotten it’s roots as a small copy shop. We have grown to accommodate both the large corporate entity and the small business owner. Although the printing industry as a whole has gone through extensive changes the basics of graphic communications has not. We pride ourselves on being able to keep up with the changing technologies available in the printing and digital graphics industry so we can help you stay on the cutting edge of image based communications.

In 2002 Northwest Printing joined the Crouser Professional Printing Alliance. The Crouser Alliance is an international alliance of printing professionals that gather together multiple times each year to increase our knowledge base on current and future technologies. As a member of the Alliance we also take advantage of sales, management and production training that keep our skills sharp to better serve our customers. The Alliance also is an excellent way to keep our staff up to date with the latest technologies available in our ever changing industry.

We don’t stop there, we also keep our technical and sales skills sharp by participating in educational activities sponsored by our equipment vendors and software companies. We are an authorized Adobe Solutions Network Provider; an authorized QuarkAlliance Provider and an authorized Microsoft Publisher 2000 Service Provider.

We're proud of the strong roots we've built in our community. We pride ourselves on being a complete source for all of your business communications needs and have always been on the leading edge of technology. We understand that an investment in technology can actually save money by improving efficiencies.

We will continue to evolve as a diversely skilled, fast-moving team of professionals ready to learn from each other and meet whatever challenges our clients may face. We launched this cutting-edge Web site to make it easier for our clients to request estimates, place orders, check proofs, or transfer files online. We hope you find it as helpful as we do.
